People work to support their living. If you don't need much money, then you may say that I work only if I really like the job. Anyway there are a larger number of people who can't choose the job they like. Of course that is the reason of poverty (doesn't need to be poor but they really need money to do something very important to them). That is the main problem so far that everyone copes is finding a good work place regardless of the two reasons raised above.
During the period of find your job, you may have bought and read newspaper, magazine or checking internet to find the best one. Of course you select your job and the job also select you. If you have a high qualification, you are more likely to find the best one as well. Anyway that doesn't mean that for those who have a lower qualification can't find the job they like.
What do you expect for your work place?
Before finding your job, ask yourself; what can I do? what kind of work place suitable for me? Is the job allows me to improve my skill? Do I feel comfortable with the job?
