I am going to start my own business very soon. Oh what should I do to make sure that I won't lose my hard earning money? These are simple questions that everyone asks before starting own business while having some amount of money after years saving. Of course because it is hard to save those money, therefore, it is also a touch decision to spend those money.

There are some people successful in their business while other fail to make profit and end up in losing everything. Actually involving in business is not that hard but you should try to spend some time learning about the target business that you are about to do. It is not different from crossing the road with your eyes open and without your eyes open.

As long as you learn and have a good business plan, you are more likely to be successful only if there are big changes from what you expected.

  If you are a simple employee in one company and want to start your own business now, it is not a good time yet. You must know your skill and make sure that it is good enough to manage the upcoming business.
• Reluctant: Be more confident. Confident in business is not all about daring alone. It is strongly require well planing to be confident. You need to use your intelligent to make a good business plan. It is not time to get salary but to give salary to your employees. Try to make sure that the profit is enough to pay for the salary.
• Debt: Why debt? In business, bank is the most common place that every business man goes to. It can help you to deal with any serious problem (money is almost everything in business). So DEBT is a serious problem. I know that you don't want to bury yourself in an endless debt.
• Not lose benefit: I hate to say this but it is what you must think. For example, if you are about to purchase any kind of insurance for your employees, you need to think about the expand and the benefit taking back from it. Check your financial section and make sure that you won't lose your benefit on any useless things.
• Personal problem: You have your own family. If you don't have a wife or children yet, you can find more time with your business. If you have a wife and children, it will be another problem for you. I am pretty sure that you will lose your family time. It is almost 24/day that you will spend on your business since you will have to worry about everything there. Don't worry, once it is done for the first time, you can spare some time with your family.
