Once you hear people saying that share your idea with other people, you may think that the one who share the idea must be an outstanding person. In business that person can be employer or Board of Director or any senior employee.

That is the problem! Sharing idea doesn’t mean that you need to be the outstanding person in the company. Everyone starts from nothing and achieves the title that they deserve. Therefore, if you want to be the best then you can start now. Never let any important case stay out of your eye. You may hear some ideas from your employers or BOD. Just remember that they are seeking the most practical ideas.
To make sure that you ideas are practical, you should take a look at these:

• Be positive: To make people believe in you, you must believe in yourself first.
• Learn the problem and find the obstacles:
• Determine the problem
• Find every obstacles
• Arrange the obstacles from most serious case to the less
• List down every single solutions
• Arrange the most practical solution to the less
• Do not go beyond your idea
• Limit the suggestion or question: It may make your presentation less powerful if there are too many negative questions.
• Select your target audience: You better talk directly with those in the effected areas.
• Do not be too confident: You should give a space for yourself in case your ideas fail.
