Starting a new business has never been easy especially in a challenging business. If you are considering starting a business right now, you may find it extremely hard since the economic hasn't fully recovered. You may find it hard to deal with external business environment, therefore, you may not want to make stupid mistake internally. Managing internal issues well is a big help to have your business operated smoothly.

1. Do not spend too much
As a small business, you have a limited financial there for you must try to avoiding on useless things such as computers, paperwork and other office tool. Ooop, you need to know that do not spend too much doesn't mean that you spend too less. Make sure that your office has enough tool for your daily work. You can't afford to lose much money since the start.

2. Do not spend too little
It is quite different from the first point but it is correlation. Spending to less money may make your employees feel uneasy with your managing style. If your employees request to buy new necessary tools, do not hesitate to spend money.

3. Be the first in new business (catch opportunity)
Sometimes there is no time to analyze and to think that too many unexpected opportunity to show that it is the right time to invest more money. Think of things like the weak link in this plan, competition, market opportunities, what would you do if this plan could work. This analysis will help you avoid some of the fundamental and pervasive error. Believe it or not, many of them could be ignored at the beginning.

4. Estimate self-growth period
First, we should be aware that any new venture needs much time to spread and earn money to start the service, and you should see in particular the preparation of welfare is not income during the month. Secondly, we must calculate how much it will cost and how long it takes for your company to attract regular clients / customers. This is the worst mistakes and problems that people give to the bankrupt and to do.

5. New business needs marketing
Your company is new therefore a marketing strategy must be done in a well manner. It creates the kind of attention you want for your customers receive. It is one of the best way to introduce your new product or service to the whole society. A good website is a great way to promote your business and make it visible.

6. Not forget tax payment
If this were to complete your first small business, remember the taxes, because, as the regular monthly fee. Often makes the big mistake was thinking invests only in money and the benefits. But we have to fulfill certain obligations to the state, can not be avoided and these amounts are small, especially if you let them accumulate. It's a good idea to create a separate bank account solely for this purpose

7. Prepare for a long run (Production)
Usually for a business which produces goods takes an exact period to have each product produced. If you plan to have such kind of business, you must have enough fund to operate while your business is in production period. No earning but expending.

8. No fake information
Usually a new company find it hard to compete with its competitors that we can see some of them even try to cheat their customers by promoting with fake information. You should NOT try to show something that you can't do. With this manner your customers will find out those fake so your business will be in big trouble. Fake information won't work today.

9. Know your employees
Employees are the key to success for every business. You must know that one can truly do their best only when he or she is willing to do. You can't do everything alone and you really need them. Show a little respect and 10 minutes reading their CV, you will gain big advantages.

10. Know your customers
You don't want to waste money on telling someone who not interested in buying your product or service. No matter what type of products or services, you should know first of all, what your target audience of people who are potential customers what they need, how you can help, what can be achieved. And even if you already have a solid customer base, should be alert to changes in fashion, finance, design, and what should be changed with the times to come.

11. Respect your business partner
You can do business alone. More or less you may have partnership with other company within the same industry. Selecting a partner is very hard since you will have to spend a longer time together. Do not try to seek too much benefit from the partnership since they also do the same and no one want to fall behind.
