We have heard about customers questionnaire, product quality questionnaire... but how about your employees questionnaire. You may by too busy with getting more customers and make money while left your employees behind unconsciously. I know that you don't want to do this. As a manager, you should know that employees is life of your company. They are hand, eye, mouth, brain... of your company.
I would suggest you to create a short employee satisfaction survey to make sure that most of activities you have done did not hurt them. If you have time, you can ask them face-to-face but you may not get the honest answer so why not develop a questionnaire with two questions!
To make it easy, the two questions are:
1. What make you laugh in work place here
2. What make you sad in work place here
Ask them to list down those 5 happiness factors and 5 sadness factors. Isn't it easy? Anyway you don't have to do that with each employees since it will take a lot of time ready those answers even most of them might be the same. Select your target employees in different department.
