Once we are talking about marketing, you will think about spending money. And it doesn't mean that the more money you have the more customers you will get by marketing. There are also many other companies that don't have much money but they can manage to launch successful marketing campaigns. You may consider these tips to help you:

  1. Stability: you need to build up a good image in every customer feeling that your company has a very stable managing system. It is not different from a country. If one country wants attract more investors, political stability is a must.
  2. Trust: Not so different from the previous point, without the trust of your client, you don't have a client. To archive this status, you need to keep your word. Do not promise the impossible thing and keep your promise once you decided.
  3. Attitude. Proficient communication is a must. When contacting potential clients, always maintain a positive and professional attitude. Be clear and concise. Always be cheerful in your greetings, and control the tempo of the conversation. Remember, the best marketing representation goes hand-in-hand with a friendly demeanor.
  4. Fair Price: It is now a competitive business environment so don't try to gain too much benefit by setting a high price. Even you can sell your products and earn much now but I am sure that once your customers realize that your price is too high compared to other, they will never come back to you.
  5. Press Release: Nowadays press release is one of the most of effective way to inform your everyone especially media.
  6. Special Offer: Incentives are a great treat for your customers and an even better treat for the health of a long term business relationship. You want to keep customers returning again and again the occasional discount or freebie is the best tool of all. Use it.
  7. Good Customer Service: You may not notice the habit of your receptionists but once you receive a number of complaint letters about bad words of your employees, you will see the decrease of your customers. Those who sent you the complaint letters tend to give you a chance to make it better so try to adjust the old habit now.
  8. Quality Quality Quality: It is all about quality. News of poorly manufactured goods or inept and unprofessional services spread like wildfire. Go the extra mile with your clients. Tell the truth about your product and they still may buy it anyway. It is up to you to provide a service or product which stands up well and is worth the money clients pay. Bottom line, if you don't trust it, don't sell it.
  9. Consistency: The most successful companies in the world are the most consistent. Take food franchisees for example. If you eat a hamburger in New Jersey, USA from your favorite burger provider then follow up with one from a sister burger provider in Melbourne, Australia, you appreciate the familiarity factor. It looks, smells, feels, tastes, and perhaps is the same. Your business is no different. People who return to you for service are returning because of previous satisfaction. Don't let them down with a lesser quality product or service.
  10. Different Methods: You can consider different kinds of place to advertise your products such as videos, in-print advertisements, television commercials or even radio advertisements. It ca reach different kinds of people.
  11. Be Creative: Make sure that your advertising is interesting. There are many companies can help you to create one.
  12. Show Them Rather Than Tell: Telling who you are and what you can do in marketing is not affective anymore now. You should make a few action which can show them about your product or service is much better.
  13. Start from Everyone Around You: If you are a fresh marketer, you will find it hard to trace customers so you may start promoting your products with your friends, relative or your neighbors. Make sure that the products are good or you can ruin your relationship.
