You must not be aware of what is happening over at TAT International and of how many people are jumping ship on them or you wouldn’t be pumping them up.
There is no customer service left, people are ordering products that TAT International can’t deliver (but aren’t telling anybody that), the Power systems are being substituted with cheap pieces of junk while they attempt to figure out what to do, the products they do ship are cheap and getting worse, they are sidetracked by another business that has TAT International employees spending more time on that than on getting orders right and out on time, they charge your credit card the day you place your order but sometimes do not ship the order for weeks, and should I go on?
TAT International used to be a great airbrush supply company but they have made some very poor choices that have hurt them. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to be getting better.
